Student Course Feedback results are available through standardized reporting systems. This page explains where to access current results and how to locate historical reports when needed.

Use the reporting system to view and export reports, monitor response rates, and review survey dates.

Section Report
Review detailed feedback for a single course section, including quantitative results and student comments.
The Section Report is the approved standardized report for inclusion in faculty review files. Faculty members and authorized administrators should access and export Section Reports through the reporting system linked above.

Instructor Report
View feedback across an instructor’s teaching over the past five years to identify longer-term trends and recurring strengths.
The Instructor Report supports longitudinal review and reflection but is not a substitute for the Section Reports required for faculty review files.

Accessing Reports

Access is role-based and managed through university authentication. If you do not see expected courses or reporting scopes, contact scf@utah.edu.
Archived Results (2007–2020)
Student Course Feedback results from 2007 through 2020 are maintained in a secure Box repository for historical reference.
Archived reports reflect the reporting formats and systems in use at the time the data were collected.
Access is role-based and managed through Box collaboration. If you believe you should have access but do not, contact scf@utah.edu.
Report Release Timing
Full survey results are released only after final grades have been submitted and processed.
Response rates may be monitored during the survey window. For details, visit the Check Response Rates page.

Appropriate Use
Student Course Feedback represents one perspective on the student learning experience and should be interpreted within the broader academic context.
