You can also access surveys through Account → Course Feedback in the Canvas global navigation.

Survey dates vary by session but typically open during the final two weeks of class.

Confidentiality
Your responses are confidential.
- Instructors do not see feedback until after final grades are submitted.
- Names and identifying information are not attached to survey responses.
- Reporting practices are designed to protect student identity, especially in small classes.

Writing Constructive Feedback
Thoughtful, specific feedback is the most helpful.
Do:
- Comment on aspects of the course that supported your learning.
- Offer specific suggestions for improvement.
- Provide examples when possible.
Do Not:
- Make comments unrelated to learning (e.g., physical appearance).
- Use emotional or generalized statements without explanation.
Constructive feedback supports meaningful improvement.
