University Policy
Policy 6-100-III-N — Course Assessment and Feedback
This policy establishes the university’s approach to collecting and using student
course feedback. It defines the purpose of course feedback, general reporting practices,
and how feedback may be used within academic contexts.
Governance & Oversight
Oversight of the Student Course Feedback process is provided through faculty governance.
Policy 6-002-III-D-1-i establishes the Senate Advisory Committee on Student Course Feedback (SACSCF), which is responsible for reviewing and maintaining the standardized survey instrument and reporting templates used across the university.
Senate Advisory Committee on Student Course Feedback (SACSCF)
The SACSCF develops and reviews the standardized Student Course Feedback Instrument and Report Template(s) used for credit-bearing courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
The committee also reviews reporting practices and provides recommendations related to the administration of Student Course Feedback.

Procedures & Operational Practices
