Report Search is available to academic leaders and staff with appointment access (shown in the app as "Appointment Only"). It gives access to Instructor Reports and Section Reports across every course in your unit, not just your own.
How to access
Log in with your uNID and password, then open Reports in the left sidebar.
Section Reports
Search by course or instructor name, or filter by term, to find a section report.

Instructor Reports
Switch to the Instructor Reports tab and search by instructor name. Each row shows the number of courses covered by that instructor's report.

Search and filter
- Open Reports in the left sidebar.
- Choose the Instructor Reports or Section Reports tab.
- Type into the search field — course name/number for Section Reports, instructor name for Instructor Reports.
- Use the term filter (top right of the search bar) to narrow Section Reports to a specific academic term.
- Use Previous / Next or the page numbers at the bottom to move through results.
Open a report
- Click a report row to download the PDF to your device.
- Right-click a report row and choose "Open link in new tab" to view it in your browser without downloading it.
Exporting multiple reports
The Export reports button bundles multiple reports — from either tab — into a single download. A short video walkthrough of this feature is available here: Bulk export walkthrough.
About Reports
Section Report
The Section Report aggregates student response data for one section of a course in a specific academic period. It also provides an overview of and details for each prompt in the student feedback survey.

Instructor Report
The Instructor Report aggregates student response data for each section a given instructor has lead in the last five years. This summary presents student response data only for prompts soliciting feedback on the instructor and on the course section.
Reports are scoped to your unit. If a report you expect isn't listed, confirm the course belongs to your unit or contact your system administrator.
