Qualtrics dashboards remain available for certain historical and transitional reporting contexts.
When to Use Qualtrics
Qualtrics dashboards may be relevant when:
- Reviewing results administered through Qualtrics
- Accessing dashboards configured prior to the current reporting interface
- Working within units that continue to use Qualtrics-based reporting workflows
Access to Qualtrics dashboards is role-based and limited to instructors and administrators with appropriate permissions.
Accessing the Qualtrics Dashboard

Sign in using your University of Utah Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials.

After logging in, select Student Course Feedback – Instructor/Admin Dashboard.
Log in to the Qualtrics SCF Dashboard
If you do not see the dashboard listed, and believe you should have access, please contact scf@utah.edu.
Using the Dashboard
Once inside the dashboard, you can:
- Use the 🟢Filters at the top to filter by Course, Instructor, Department, or College.
- Navigate between 🟡Pages (Standard Report, Additional Questions, Comments) using the left menu.
- View 🔴Response Rates and 🔵Survey Results for the couses and instructors based on your filters.
- 🟣Download the dasboard view as a PDF, if needed.
