This page provides access to archived reports from earlier terms.

Archived Student Course Feedback results are maintained for historical reference and institutional continuity. These reports include results from prior reporting systems and earlier terms that are no longer hosted in the current reporting interface.

Results from 2007 - 2025 are stored in a secure Box repository. Access is provided through Box collaboration and is limited to administrators and staff with appropriate permissions.

Accessing Archived Results

Archived reports are stored in Box and require a University of Utah login. Access is granted at the folder level based on role and reporting scope.

If you have previously been granted access, log in to Box using your university credentials to view archived reports. The folder is labeled "SCF - [Your Unit(s)]."

If you do not currently have access, and believe you should, please contact the Student Course Feedback team at scf@utah.edu and include your name, role, and the course subjects you are requesting.

What Archived Reports Include

Archived reports reflect the reporting formats and survey instruments in use at the time the data were collected. These formats may differ from current standardized reporting templates.

Archived reports include:

• Section-level results
• Aggregated response data
• Historical report formats specific to prior systems

These reports are preserved as historical records and are not modified after publication.
