Results Systems & Legacy Access
Student Course Feedback results are available through standardized reporting systems. This page explains where to access current results and how to locate historical reports when needed.
Current Results (2021–Present)
Most Student Course Feedback results from 2021 to the present are available through the primary reporting interface.
This system provides standardized reports and dashboards and supports consistent interpretation across courses and time.
Access is role-based and managed through university authentication. If you do not see expected courses or reporting scopes, contact scf@utah.edu.
CampusLab reports include a normalized mean to support consistent comparison across courses and terms.

Qualtrics Dashboards (Summer 2025–Present)
Qualtrics dashboards remain available for certain reporting workflows and transitional contexts beginning in Summer 2025.
These dashboards may be used when reviewing reports configured within Qualtrics-based reporting structures.

Archived Results (2007–Summer 2025)
Student Course Feedback results from 2007 through Summer 2025 are maintained in a secure Box repository for historical reference.
Archived reports reflect the reporting formats and systems in use at the time the data were collected.
Access is role-based and managed through Box collaboration. If you believe you should have access but do not, contact scf@utah.edu.
Report Release Timing
Full survey results are released only after final grades have been submitted and processed.
Response rates may be monitored during the survey window. For details, visit the Check Response Rates page.

Student Course Feedback represents one perspective on the student learning experience and should be interpreted within the broader academic context.
