How Survey Timing Works
Student Course Feedback surveys typically open near the end of each class session. Survey opening dates are determined using course scheduling data from the university’s scheduling system.
Surveys remain open through the end of the survey window shown above.
Results are released after the final grading deadline for the course. This timing ensures that student feedback remains confidential and is not available until grading has been completed.
