This page provides guidance for administrators requesting reporting access, expanded permissions, or aggregated data related to Student Course Feedback.
Reporting Access & Permissions
Access to Student Course Feedback reports is role-based and aligned with University policy.
Administrators may be granted access based on department, program, or college reporting scope.
If you believe your reporting scope should be adjusted, email scf@utah.edu and include:
- Your name and title
- Your department or unit
- The reporting scope requested
- The purpose of access
Access requests are reviewed in alignment with governance and confidentiality standards.
Custom Data Requests
In some cases, administrators may request aggregated data to support academic review, program assessment, or approved institutional purposes.
Custom data requests:
- Must be aggregated
- Must comply with confidentiality safeguards
- May require additional review or approval
- Cannot include identifiable student-level data
To submit a request, contact scf@utah.edu and include:
- A description of the requested data
- The intended use
- The timeframe needed
Requests are evaluated in alignment with University policy and data governance standards.
